Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at 5 different hotels over our week long road trip and this was one of our favorite. We had a two bedroom town house (#201) and it was absolutely fantastic. Primary area downstairs and upstairs, full kitchen and living area downstairs and upstairs. We had two young adults with us so this was perfect for kids or couples. There are several pools and hottubs also. Walking to the area and anything you could ask for too. We plan to go back to Sedona for more hikes and to stay here again.

There was nothing at all to like. They never let me know my room was ready , when they said they would finally ready at 5pm. Was suppose to have room next to my daughter ! They told us we were next to each other both on ground level. She was on the second floor, so that’s why they didn’t let me know my room was ready because that girl went home! That was so horrible and deceiving. No sheets or blankets in the room for fold out couch! They ran out of beer at the bar. They closed down the water park early on the hottest day of the year. Said they didn’t have the employees to cover it. Water station at the park was always empty and when they finally filled the water they didn’t refill the cups. So there was nothing to put the water in. When we complained they said they were doing the best they can. The entire place is under construction but was never disclosed when we made our reservation. Kitchen closed!! Spa closed early , at 7. This place needs to shut down it is terrible, I have come here many times it was getting bad but this stay took the cake. I brought my family here for a family weekend and they couldn’t even put our rooms near each other!! I will never go back to the hell hole!!!
